- Payment details: Transaction records for membership plans (₹3000 / ₹4000 / ₹7000)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device info when accessing our website

- To create and display your matrimonial profile to suitable matches within the Adidravidar community
- To facilitate search and contact between registered members
- To process membership payments and manage your account
- To send match suggestions, notifications, and service updates via SMS or email
- To comply with applicable Indian laws and government search requirements
3 Profile Visibility
Your profile — including name, photo, age, education, and caste — is visible to other registered members of HM Matrimony. Sensitive details such as your full address and phone number are shared only upon mutual interest or as per your privacy settings.
4 Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with government authorities when required by law (e.g., Government Search feature) or with payment gateways for processing membership fees.
5 Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including secure servers and encrypted connections to protect your personal data. However, members are advised not to share login credentials or personal financial details with anyone claiming to represent HM Matrimony.
6 Data Retention
Your profile data is retained as long as your membership is active. Upon written request for account deletion, your data will be removed within 15 working days, except where retention is required by law.
